Procedure for Hard Rock Cutting Using Multipurpose Diamond Wire Saw

Required Pneumatic machineries

• 90mm Dia Drilling machineries.(LD 04 -150PSI – 450CFM)
• 32mm Drilling Equipments (100 PSI)
• 60HP Multipurpose Diamond wire saw machine. (Horizontal And Vertical)

• Frist diagram showing Taper cutting of hard rock using with Diamond rope. With necessary tools and plants.
• Second diagram showing horizontal cutting of hard rock using with Diamond rope.
• Third digram showing Vertical Cutting of hard rock using Diamond rope.

Procedure for Hard Rock Cutting Using Multipurpose Diamond Wire Saw

• Hard rock cutting using with Vertical strands.
• Rock Removed from Rock bed by using with wire saw will be broken in to pieces by using 32mm Drilling with jack hammers and the voids filling with Expansive monster chemical (C II) for cracking.
• Further to it Remaining slices will be broken in to pieces by using jack hammers / Rock Breakers.
